PipeDrive and Zapier Integration Guide
There can be many such interactions and they are called “Zap”.
The advantage of Zapier is that you don’t need programming skills to work.

Attention! At the moment, the application is fully functional, but it is being moderated in the Zapier application catalog and therefore is in the “Test” status.
Integration with Zapier allows you to track triggers for mailings in other services and perform automatic actions in the BSG.WORLD service.
Let’s look at how integration works with Zapier using the example of PipeDrive and BSG integration.

You will be taken to the next page:
Click the button «Accept and Invite & Build a Zap».
On the next screen, click on the button «Create this Zap».
After creating the Zap, let’s start configuring it. It will take no more than 5 minutes.
From the list of your most used zaps or in the search bar, find.
The following integration features for PipeDrive and BSG are currently available:
- Informing about the addition of new companies
- Informing about adding new deals
- Informing about changes in transactions
- Informing about adding a new contact
For example, we want to inform the client and our manager (or any other person) about changes at the stages of transactions.
To do this, select the option «New Deal in a Pipeline Stage».
In the next step, you need to connect your PipeDrive to Zapier and select it. After that, click on the button «Save & Continue».
At the next stage, you need to select the Pipeline and the stage of the transaction at which the information will operate.
We test this step by clicking on the button «Fetch & Continue»
Then we move on to choosing an SMS, Viber operator. In our case, BSG. You can select it by typing BSG in the search bar.
At the next stage, select the direction of sending messages – these can be SMS messages or Viber messages with automatic sending of undelivered SMS messages.
Let’s choose the second option and proceed to the final stage – setting up the connection with BSG.
In the API Key field, enter the key you received in your BSG account.
You can get the key in the settings of your personal profile in the “Additional” tab:
Click on the “Generate” button next to the Live APi key and Test API key and then on the “Save” button. You will receive an email with the keys. Live API key and needs to be added to the field above in Zapier.
Next, in the SMS sender field, enter your SMS sender name. The default is testsms. If you do not have your own name, leave this field as it is. What is SMS sender in general – this is the name that will be used to sign the received message on the client’s phone. To get yours you need to contact the BSG manager.
Next, in the Viber sender field, enter your sender name for Viber. BSGs is installed by default. If you do not have your own name, leave this field as it is. What is Viber sender in general – this is the name that will be used to sign the received message on the client’s phone. To get yours you need to contact the BSG manager. It should be noted that when registering for a BSG account, you have disabled the ability to send Viber messages. To activate them, you need to contact the manager and enable this option.
Text for Sms Route – specify the text of the SMS message.
Viber Text – respect the text of the Viber message.
Phone – enter the phone number of the recipient of notifications (in international format). You can specify several of them, separated by commas. You can also select a phone from a field in PipeDrive. To do this, click on
and select the appropriate field.
Image Link – provide a link for an image in Viber.
Button Text – specify the text of the button in Viber.
Button Link – link for a button in Viber.
After filling in all the fields, click on the “Save” button and activate Zap.
