Account Manager

What will you do: 

  • Search for clients to sell the company’s services to SMB|Enterprise segments.  
  • Negotiating, writing commercial offers, connecting, signing contracts and supporting clients using the company’s services.  
  • Market monitoring, competitor analysis.  
  • Fulfillment of KPIs.  
  • Participation in expos and conferences.   
  • Maintaining the CRM database and personal reporting.  
  • Processing clients from the Auto-registration funnel.  
  • Upselling the company’s services to existing customers.  
  • Control of customer payments.  
  • Maintaining documentation for existing and new clients. 

What are important for us: 

  • English is a MUST; 
  • Proactiveness, good communication and negotiation skills: 
  • Experience in sales of telecom products and services (will be a plus).
