Business Development Manager (Ukraine)
What will you do:
Main 2 tasks:
1. Searching for new leads
2. Working with new leads from CRM
1. Task:
- Searching for new leads
- Contacting leads
- Event preparation – Lead generation;
- Meeting arrangements
- CRM administration
- Convert Leads to customers
- Nurture them and then transfer them to AMs
- Sharing insights about those leads with Line Manager

What are important for us:
- Fluent English is a MUST;
- Proactiveness, good communication and negotiation skills:
- Experience in IT sales, sales of telecom products and services (will be a plus).
