Growth Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will become part of our team.

Must have

  • Higher education (preferably marketing or economics);
  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, technology business, B2B business;
  • Strong marketing analytics skills;
  • Proven experience in implementing a full-funnel demand generation strategy;
  • Experience running integrated marketing campaigns at scale;
  • Demonstrable experience in the full range of digital channels including, LinkedIn, PPC, and email;
  • Creativity to develop innovative campaign ideas;
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics (goals, reports, building segments);
  • Experience working with English-speaking markets; 
  • A data-driven mindset, excited about consistently A/B testing, measuring, and iterating.

Time management skills.

English level (B2-C1-C2).

Responsibilities

  • Owning end-to-end campaign strategy and execution of the go-to-market for current and new products;
  • Find and test new acquisition channels for effective lead generation in certain niches;
  • Set up and manage cold outreach campaigns;
  • Partner with relevant platforms and resources to get the leads;
  • Generation of growth hypotheses to increase the conversion rate;
  • Launch and analysis of advertising on Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn;
  • Ensuring the correct distribution of the budget;
  • Collaborate with PPC specialist, designer, and copywriter to create engaging landing pages and ads copies.

Plan and manage brand awareness and lead generation advertising campaigns across a variety of channels;
