Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage content strategy across relevant communication channels
  • ​​Build a strong and unique in-house content team in alignment with BSG marketing strategy. 
  • In collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales Teams lead creating compelling digital content and activities at all funnel stages of sales cycles. 
  • Lead and manage different types of creative materials. This can include articles, blog posts, photos, multi-format videos, and webinars.
  • Increase Google Rankings and focus on SEO strategy
  • Interact with key industry influencers and thought leaders
  • Ensure message alignment in targeted campaigns to key audience segments. 
  • Scale content team and strategies for growth, including across cultures and continents
  • Be savvy with metrics, using performance data to understand which tactics work best and which to improve upon
  • Ensure best-in-class social media management strategies, processes and tactics are implemented and maintained
  • Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our product

Role requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technology content marketing & developing engaging content across a variety of channels;
  • At least 1.5 years of relevant experience in a product/software company is a must;
  • Experience with people management;
  • Creative storyteller with a practiced eye for design; able to synthesize strategy and situations into a concise plan of action and relevant messaging
  • Prior working experience in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
  • Marketing automation experience is important.
  • High level of English proficiency  is a must
