Requirements:

  • Work experience as a product manager for 3 years.
  • work experience in the telecommunications industry;
  • Understanding how SMS traffic works.
  • Understanding of telecom products related to SMS. A2P, P2P, two-way, MNP, HLR.
  • Ability to define a set of product requirements necessary to achieve the company’s business goals; (Interaction with the analyst).
  • Knowledge and application of project management principles: resource management, planning, working with Scrum, Kanban, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Spoken English (ability to lead a meeting, prepare materials and present them in English).
  • Practical experience in product development in international markets.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with development teams, marketing, and other departments;
  • Experience with product analytical services, A/B tests;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Understanding of XXX technology stack, key product metrics LTV, Churn, APPU, and others.


Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of product development strategy;
  • Development and implementation of the product and additional functionality of the product: preparation of the TOR (together with the analyst), setting the tasks of the development department, monitoring the deadlines and quality of the tasks;
  • Formation and verification of methodology and hypotheses regarding the improvement of qualitative and quantitative indicators of the product;
  • Formation of backlog, arrangement of tasks, planning of deadlines;
  • Preparation of reports on product indicators and product development plans aimed at increasing indicators in the medium term;
  • Analysis of commodity indicators and adjustment of plans based on them.
