Requirements:

Work experience as Product manager for 3 years.
Practical experience in launching products on the international market;

The ability to determine a set of product requirements necessary to fulfill the company’s business goals; (Interaction with the analyst).
Practical experience in product development in international markets.
Knowledge and application of project management principles: resource management, planning, work with Scrum, Kanban, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies;
Ability to effectively communicate with development teams, marketing, and other departments;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;

Work experience in the telecom industry will be a plus;
Experience with product analytics services, A/B tests;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Understanding of XXX technology stack, key product metrics LTV, Churn, APPU, and others.

Required skills:

Development and implementation of product development strategy;
Development and implementation of the product and additional functionality of the product: preparation of the TOR (together with the analyst), setting the tasks of the development department, monitoring the deadlines and quality of the tasks;
Formation and verification of methodology and hypotheses regarding the improvement of qualitative and quantitative indicators of the product;
Building a backlog, prioritizing tasks, planning deadlines;

Preparation of reports on product indicators and product development plans aimed at increasing indicators in the medium term;
Analyzing product metrics and adjusting plans based on them.
