System Administrator   

Kyiv, Ukraine

Currently we are looking for a System Administrator to join our team. 


— Diagnostics and administration of (primarily remote) workstations based on Windows and MacOS, Andriod, and iOS. 
— Administration of Windows Terminal Server 
— Maintenance of 1C and M.E.Doc 
— Administration of telephony, mail servers 
— Basic configuration of network equipment 
— Backup and recovery of information 
— Diagnostics and repair of computer equipment 
— Administration of employee accounts 
— Domain administration 


— Punctuality, high level of organization, and responsibility 
— Relevant work experience — at least one year 
— Location — Kyiv or suburbs 
— Willingness to travel to the office if necessary 
— Experience with Zoom or other remote support services 
— Experience in MS Windows administration, experience in using MacOS 
— Confident understanding of the principles of operation of popular hardware (RAM, CPU, peripherals) and software elements of modern platforms (Windows, MacOS, Andriod, iOS) 
— Basic understanding of networking technologies (Wi-Fi, TCP/IP stack, IP addresses, ports, routing and switching, ping, DHCP, DNS, VPN, NAT, and gray IP) 
— Basic understanding of email (SMTP, POP, IMAP) 
— Basic understanding of the principles of working with websites (hosting, domains, SSL certificates, FTP) 
— Experience with 1C and M.E.Doc 
— Technical English (understanding of instructions and documentation) 

Will be a plus: 

— Ability to get involved in solving issues outside of working hours 
— Automation experience (any processes, PowerShell or Bash) 
— Understanding of the principles of SIP telephony, experience with Zadarma 
— Experience with network equipment 
— Experience with MS Outlook, SharePoint, or Microsoft Office 365 
— Experience with Linux 
— Experience with CMS (WordPress or other) 
— A rough idea of ITIL/ITSM
