We are expanding our email service offering and looking for a Product Manager to lead this direction.
Conduct continuous market, competitor, and customer research to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for email services.
Launch and scale products in international markets.
Define product requirements aligned with business goals in collaboration with analysts.
Build and manage a product backlog, prioritize features, and plan development cycles.
Collaborate closely with development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and execution.
Design and run A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and improve product metrics.
Monitor and analyze product KPIs (LTV, Churn, ARPU, etc.) and adjust plans accordingly.
Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on product performance and development plans.
Ensure timely delivery and quality of product features.
2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably with email platforms or services on B2B market.
Strong understanding of email infrastructure: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, spam filters, domain reputation.
Experience with ESPs like Mailchimp, Customer.io, Unisender, GetResponse, or similar.
Practical experience in launching and scaling products in international markets.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience with product analytics tools and experimentation frameworks.
Understanding of technical concepts: APIs, backend/frontend basics.
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
