any Content of pornographic, erotic, indecent, immoral or otherwise offensive nature; AND/OR
any advertisements/information about political and religious services;
advertisements/information about services, the content of which contradicts the requirements of public morality, local legislation on the protection of public morality, information that encroaches on the integrity of the territorial borders of any state, violates the foundations of the constitutional order, public order threatens the security of any state and/ or contains information of discriminatory content, incites ethnic or religious enmity, encroaches on the honor and dignity of a person;
Information of any discriminatory content, including (but not limited to, discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation, skin color, age, race, religion, health status, including genetic characteristics, nationality), information about physical and mental disabilities, marital status, etc.), including information that incites ethnic or religious enmity, intolerance, encroaches on the honor and dignity of a person, violates any rights, including copyright/related rights of third parties and/or intellectual/industrial property rights of third parties;
Information containing propaganda of fascism or neo-fascism, calls for violence, political unrest and/or war;
Information that humiliates a person, deemed as a manifestation of bullying about physical defects (disability), diseases, mentally ill and elderly people;
Information containing promotion of drug addiction, substance abuse, alcoholism, tobacco smoking and other bad habits;
Information containing obscene language, swearing;
Information containing threats or offensive in its content;
Messages (including text and/or pictures/images/photos) that contain viruses, any malware, trojans, spyware, or other elements that may harm the end equipment of users/third parties, including links that may download malicious elements to the end equipment of the user/third parties in;
Any information that is untrue and, at the same time, directly or indirectly claims or suggests that BSG is the sponsor or customer of sending the relevant content/information or contains any other false content about BSG;
Information (including text and/or pictures/images/photographs) that contradicts the current legislation of Hong Kong, USA, Estonia, UAE, Ukraine but not limited.
To disseminate information about goods, the production, circulation or import of which is prohibited by law into the customs territory of Hong Kong, USA, Estonia, UAE, Ukraine but not limited;
To submit information or call for actions that may cause a violation of the law, cause or may cause harm to the health or life of people and/or the environment, as well as encourage the neglect of safety measures;
To use tools and technologies that act on the subconscious of consumers of advertising;
To make statements that discriminate against persons who do not use the advertised goods;
To distribute any anti-advertising and messages that discredit the goods and/or services of third parties and/or any messages that mislead advertising consumers and third parties;
To advertise goods that are subject to mandatory certification or the production or sale of which requires a special permit, license, in the absence of a corresponding certificate, permit, license, in particular, but not exclusively: advertising alcohol or tobacco products; advertising of medical services or medicines; advertising of food additives; unfair advertising in the field of financial services, etc.;
To contain an image of an individual or use his name without the written consent of that person;
To imitate or copy text, images, musical or sound effects used in advertising other products, unless otherwise provided by the laws of Hong Kong, USA, Estonia, UAE, Ukraine but not limited in the field of intellectual property;
To distribute advertising of divination and fortune-telling services;
Advertising of public organizations;
Advertising concerning, minors, directly or indirectly;
Advertising of gambling, advertising signs for goods and services, other objects of intellectual property rights under which activities are carried out for the organization and conduct of gambling. The customer of the manufacture, placement, distribution of gambling advertising can only be an entity that has a license to conduct the corresponding type of activity in the field of organization and conduct of gambling.
Viruses or other elements that can harm the operation of the telecommunications network of operators.
Advertising of services that contradict the current legislation of Hong Kong, USA, Estonia, UAE, Ukraine, but not exclusively;
any Content of defamatory or libelous or slanderous nature;
any Content of fraudulent nature of any kind;
any Content promoting criminal activities of any kind;
any Content endangering national or international security, national integrity or the constitutional order of any country;
any Content that may be qualified as SPAM as defined herein above;
any other Content or information which is illegal or prohibited under the applicable laws and/or local laws and regulations of the country of corresponding User’s residence.
Advertising of services in a manner or procedure that violates the requirements of the current legislation of the above countries on advertising and information, regulatory legal acts in the field of telecommunications, etc.
