How does Growth tiered pricing work?
The web channel has two price blocks: $50 / up to 500 dialogs per month (≈ $0.10 per dialog) and $70 / 500–2,000 dialogs (from $0.035 per dialog at full use). Above 2,000 — a negotiated volume discount. The plan includes everything: widget, AI Brain (LLM + RAG), Flow Builder, CRM and calendar integrations, analytics. 1 dialog = one unique conversation with a user within 24 hours.
Why are WhatsApp and other channels billed separately?
Meta (WhatsApp), Rakuten (Viber) and SMS operators bill per-message rates directly. BSG is an official BSP — we pass those rates through with zero markup. You save 15–40% compared to resellers.
