About the Project

Voice Bot, an advanced automatic call service provided by BSG — a global communication platform, was used by CleanGlow Cleaning Services to increase customer conversion of applications by 25%. This innovative technology provides personalized and effective communication with potential customers, helping them find the perfect solution for their cleaning needs.

Challenges and Project Goals

The CleanGlow Cleaning Services faced with the ultimate need to improve the user’s experience by providing customized and quick feedback on their needs by fixing the following issues:

  1. Low conversion rates. Issues in UX turned into a lack of potential customers who take action on the website.
  2. Insufficient ROI of marketing campaigns. The customers the company attracted did not offset the cost of the campaign.
  3. Ineffective customer communication. The lack of clarity, fast and customized responsiveness led to the loss of customers.

Improve customer satisfaction through the implementation of the Voice Bot to the CleanGlow website to boost request conversions and enhance the clarity of communication to speed up the response time and improve satisfaction from using the website.

The BSG Voice Bot intends to address the challenges and enhance the customer experience by implementing the following solutions:

  1. Increase customer conversion. The chatbot had to fix the marketing funnel by guiding the client in the decision-making process.
  2. Lay the main indexes. Those are supposed to be transformed from audio to text and transfer information to the responsible manager.
  3. Build connections with clients. Provide personalized and effective communication with potential customers.
  4. Conduct customer needs analysis. Identify customer needs and provide relevant services.
  5. Guide up to the purchase. Close customer agreement and confirm order details.
