Yes. Rate reviews are tied to your actual volume, not your signing date. If traffic has grown significantly, request a review right now via the form below or through your account manager.
Is switching on cascade or Lookup a new integration project?
No. The cascade is switched on by configuration on BSG's side for your existing traffic. Lookup is a separate REST endpoint using the same API key; a typical integration takes hours, not weeks. RCS/WhatsApp require sender registration — we'll walk you through it.
