Major BSG Platform Interface Redesign

The big BSG team is proud to announce the major BSG platform interface design update happened on July 2023! We reworked some navigation and main menu elements, price sections, reports sections, and more, to enhance your user experience and make your journey with the BSG communication platform easy and unforgettable.

Let’s get through major update points and see what changes were implemented.

#1 Main Menu and Navigation

We reworked the main menu section and the logic of navigation on our platform.

As of now, we have the navigation and main menu conveniently located on the left, while products and functionalities are grouped into sections as shown in the image below.

#2 Prices Page

For ease of overviewing our pricing policy, all product prices are now gathered on the Prices page, where each product has its own tab, as shown below.

Now, the tariffs for available products and services and pricing for future and past campaigns can be accessed in one window.

#3 All Products Page

For the ease of accessing all BSG products and services with details for each of them, we created the All Products page.

On this page, you can obtain information about each of the available products and services, review pricing, and get started with any of the products you desire in a single click.

#4 Starting Dashboard Page

In this design update, we also added starting Dashboard pages for each of our products. See the example for SMS messaging in the below image.

In starting Dashboard page you can access basic product information, tariffs, statistics, and more.

#5 Reports Page

In previous interface design updates, we had Detailed Reports and Financial Reports combined.

Now, we have them both conveniently separated into Dashboard and Reports sections.

In these sections, you can request the formation of detailed financial reports. Moreover, you can also check the in-depth reports for each product on the BSG platform.
