Unlike consumer-to-consumer RCS (P2P), the business version requires a verified agent profile — registered through Google's Jibe platform or directly with carrier hubs — that displays the company name, logo, and a verification badge to the recipient. For businesses, this solves the core problem of SMS-based campaigns: anonymity.
