Telecom Events November 2026: Where to Meet BSG in Four Cities
November is when next year's routing deals, channel partnerships and AI pilots get agreed face to face. The catch is the calendar: four major gatherings for carriers, iGaming operators and tech buyers fall within three weeks, and a meeting that isn't booked before the flight usually shrinks into a rushed hallway chat. If telecom events in November 2026 are on your plan, here is where the BSG team will be and what each person is ready to discuss.
Our commercial and business development leads will be in Muscat, Rome, Lisbon and Buenos Aires. The agenda is the same everywhere: AI voice, business messaging, wholesale routes and new partnership models. Below you'll find the full schedule, the right person to ask for at each event and a short checklist that turns a 30-minute slot into a concrete next step.

Middle East 2026 GCCM & SIS Summit, Muscat: Wholesale Routes and AI Voice (1–4 November)
The Middle East 2026 GCCM & SIS Summit, organised by Carrier Community, runs from 1 to 4 November at The St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort. It is a meeting point for wholesale carriers, while the SIS track covers subsea, digital infrastructure and satellite connectivity. Mohamad Kassab, Senior Business Development Manager, represents BSG in Muscat.
Most conversations here are about wholesale SMS: the exchange of A2P traffic between carriers, aggregators and platforms at volume rates. The decision that matters is route quality. A grey route can look cheaper on a rate card, but operators filter that traffic, so messages disappear and delivery reports stop matching reality. The partner pays for traffic that never reaches a handset and then spends weeks finding out why.
BSG wholesale messaging is built around direct Tier-1 routes, with MNP and Number Verifier included by default. In our experience working with carriers, the conversation that moves fastest starts with a test route rather than a rate card. A short traffic test shows delivery behaviour and report accuracy before anyone commits volume. Mohamad is also ready to walk through AI voice use cases for operators that want to add automated calling to their portfolio.
SiGMA World 2026, Rome: Messaging for iGaming Operators (2–5 November)
SiGMA World 2026 takes place at Fiera Roma and brings together 30,000 delegates, including around 7,500 operators, more than 1,200 sponsors and exhibitors and 550 speakers. This year it shares the venue with AIBC, FX World and AGS, so gaming, AI, fintech and affiliate teams meet under one roof. The location is deliberate. Italy's total gambling revenue reaches €16 billion, and only about 25% of that market operates online (Intergame, 2026). For operators, that gap is a market-entry opportunity, and every new market needs reliable player communication from day one.
Mila Budylo, Chief Commercial Officer, and Zaven Tadevosyan, Business Development Manager, will meet operators, affiliates and platform providers in Rome. Typical topics include registration codes, deposit confirmations, win alerts, re-engagement campaigns and messaging for iGaming platforms across new jurisdictions.
At BSG, we've seen that iGaming teams often treat two-factor authentication as a security checkbox, when it is actually the first conversion step. Picture an operator launching in Italy: a player signs up, waits for a code, and the code arrives late. That player leaves before the first deposit, and the acquisition cost is already spent. With codes sent via SMS, voice or email and routes chosen per country, the same sign-up completes in seconds and the marketing budget turns into active players.
Web Summit 2026, Lisbon: AI Voice and Business Messaging for Tech Teams (9–12 November)
Web Summit returns to Lisbon from 9 to 12 November. Its 2025 edition welcomed 71,386 attendees from 157 countries (Web Summit, 2025), which makes it one of the densest rooms of tech buyers in Europe. Olha Shcherbyna, Chief Marketing Officer, and Volodymyr Zhabokrytskyi, Head of Business Development, will represent BSG.
For SaaS, fintech and eCommerce teams, the main topic is support and sales automation. An AI voice agent is a voice bot that understands natural speech and handles a full call, escalating to a human when needed. BSG Conversational AI Voice automates inbound and outbound calls and speaks more than 150 languages.
The contrast is easy to see in a support queue. Without automation, agents spend their shifts on repeat questions and customers wait on hold. With an AI voice agent on the first line, repeat requests are closed automatically and agents handle the cases that need judgement. One BSG client, Sunny Way, reported that deployment took two days and the bot was handling 40% of repeat requests without live agents within a week. Olha and Volodymyr are also open to agency and integration partnerships.
Latin America Wholesale Congress 2026, Buenos Aires: Carrier Partnerships in the Americas (18–19 November)
Latin America Wholesale Congress is part of the Wholesale Congress Series and is held in Buenos Aires every November. It traditionally gathers Tier 1, 2 and 3 carriers, mobile and wireless operators, ISPs, VoIP providers and technology partners. On 18–19 November, Alejandro Augusto García, Regional Director, Americas, represents BSG there.
The agenda centres on voice and SMS wholesale. A direct route is a delivery path connected straight to the destination mobile network operator (MNO), with no resellers in between. It keeps latency and delivery reports predictable, which matters most for time-sensitive A2P SMS such as one-time codes.
For the businesses we work with in Latin America, number portability is a daily issue rather than an edge case. When a subscriber moves to another operator and traffic still follows the old prefix, messages are misrouted and charged anyway. Checking the current network before sending removes that waste. How to Prepare for a Meeting at Telecom Events in November 2026
A conference meeting is short, so preparation decides whether it ends with a generic deck or an agreed test plan. Based on what we observe across the partnerships we support, the meetings that turn into live traffic are the ones where both sides arrive with numbers. Bring these five things:
- Target countries and estimated monthly volumes per country.
- Current delivery KPIs and the routes or channels you want to improve.
- Use cases by priority: OTP, transactional, marketing or AI voice.
- Integration constraints, such as API or SMPP, and any compliance requirements.
- Your decision timeline and who signs off on a test.
With this list, a 30-minute slot is enough to agree a route test or an AI voice pilot scope on the spot. Without it, the follow-up email starts from zero, and the momentum of the event is lost.
