How do businesses connect to the WhatsApp Business Platform?

The Platform has no standalone interface of its own: businesses connect to it programmatically — directly, or more commonly through a Business Solution Provider — and integrate it into their CRM, helpdesk, or commerce stack. It supports template messages, interactive messages, media, and webhooks for automation, and it runs on Meta's per-message pricing model introduced in 2025.
